Brandi is very professional and is quick to reply to questions or concerns. This was my first cruise, so I wasn't sure what to expect. She was able to provide me with enough information to make me feel informed and comfortable but not too much information to overwhelm me. She is attentive and anticipated many needs before we even voiced them. I would definitely recommend her planning expertise to anyone.

Our initial reason for choosing Brandi was to support a local business. Now that we've worked with her, however, we consider her our go-to travel agent for all future trips. She put together a wonderful Eurpoean River Cruise on Viking, and it was wonderful. Anytime I reached out with a question or concern, she either answered the phone immediately or got back with me quickly.
